Bruno Ruiz's kitchen travels to China to represent Dénia in an international gastronomy forum

Intense weekend that awaits the chef dianense Bruno Ruiz. The chef travels to Macao (China) to represent Dénia at the Macao 2019 International Gastronomy Forum to be held on 19 and 20 in January.

Macao, also the Creative City of Gastronomy of UNESCO, has invited chefs from 18 and 40 from the other Creative Cities of Gastronomy, with the aim of publicizing the culinary culture of the different localities.

Bruno Ruiz, winner at 2018 of the International Creative Cuisine Competition of the Red Shrimp of Dénia, currently runs the kitchens of Aticcook. From there he shows his particular identity, linked to the local production without rejecting distant foods, always with the affection and sensitivity that characterizes him.
