This Monday, 1 of April, begins in the Provincial Court of Alicante the trial of six people accused of selling marijuana to minors in the town of Pego.
According to the prosecutor in his indictment, from January to June of 2013 a part of the defendants were in charge of distributing the drug from the bar they managed in the municipality. Another of the defendants used his son, a minor, to meet with other children, with whom he traveled to a field house that the accused had in the area. The Calvary, where I sold them marijuana.
The prosecutor asks for each of the defendants penalties ranging between six and four years for various crimes against public health.
