According to the Prosecutor, in March 2014 the defendants made him believe that one of them was going to inherit a fortune and that she was willing to invest a part in financing a real estate development of 12 homes that the victim had without ending due to lack of liquidity. Thus, the defendants asked the builder for money as an advance for the inheritance disposition procedures.
Between the months of March and August 2014, the man gave them up to 83.000 euros at different times, which he never recovered. The Prosecutor's Office asks for each of the two processed a prison sentence of 4 years for a continuous crime of fraud.
