The Provincial Court of Alicante today welcomes the trial of four people accused of being part of a gang dedicated to drug trafficking in Dénia and Alcalalí.
The prosecutor maintains in his indictment that the defendants, two men and two women, were engaged in the sale of cocaine since the beginning of 2016. Three of them did it in the town of Dénia and, at the same time, they supplied the fourth defendant, who was trafficking in Alcalalí.
In October of 2016 the homes of the defendants were searched, where the agents seized various amounts of cocaine and cannabis, prepared for distribution, as well as cash.
The prosecutor asks for each of the defendants a penalty of 5 years of imprisonment for a crime against public health and a crime of constitution of a criminal group.
