Youth launches orientation workshops for families on student issues

November 06 from 2020 - 09: 50

The Youth and Education Councils of the Dénia City Council have coordinated the implementation of this course of an advisory program for families around topics related to the student environment such as bullying, scholarships, academic guidance, educational needs or the management of emotions, among others.

The aim of this new service is to solve the most frequent doubts that students and their families face when facing certain periods of educational life. Questions such as what you are entitled to and what does a scholarship require you, which baccalaureate to choose, the differences between a degree and a training cycle or what educational needs an educational center covers will be answered in these orientation workshops that will be held on the second Friday of the month in classroom 0 of Youth (old cafeteria). For the rest of 2020, the celebration dates are November 13 and December 11 from 19.30:21 p.m. to XNUMX p.m.

To participate, you must register by calling 96 642 37 00, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 14 p.m. People interested in dealing with other topics related to the scope of the workshops can send their suggestions to the email orientacionfamiliasdenia@gmail.com.

The workshops are face-to-face and the city council guarantees all current health safety regulations: limited capacity, hydroalcoholic gel in the access, minimum interpersonal distance and mandatory use of a mask throughout the session.
