Dianense youth athlete Joan Pérez and his coach, Miguel Castle, were participating in the Fer Futur program, to channel the detection and management of talent among the youngest athletes in the Valencian Community, launched by the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation and the Athletics Federation of the Valencian Community. This took place last weekend at the sports facilities of the Internúcleos pavilion in Sagunto.
In these second days of Fer Futur, 46 athletes and 26 technicians participated to carry out a wide agenda of activities, technical meetings, sector training and talks to publicize the project in detail.
The objective of this program, as we said, is the detection of new talents, orientation towards an adequate practice of athletics, creation of a sports environment that allows the development of training centers, facilitating the passage of younger athletes to the level of high competition, and greater growth of the FER Project with the participation of athletes from the Valencian Community in national and international championships.
