On Sunday 25 in August, starting at 10: 00h in the riurau of the Senyoret, the boiler will boil again. The festival of l'escaldà, subsidized by the Provincial Council of Alicante, this year will feature the canyissos workshop, llata workshop and an ethnological exhibition with the tools used for the escaldà and the work of the grape. This year the EATIM of Jesús Pobre will make available to the association of neighbors 600 kg of grapes harvested and produced in the municipal district of Jesús Pobre, which could reach 1000 kg with the contribution of the neighbors.

The Riuraus Vius Association will have a space dedicated to the study of riuraus, as well as publications on this subject and information about the culture of l'escaldà and the architecture linked to the grape. Members can purchase the new issue of Riuralogia magazine in which riuraus and rural architecture are studied.

The Association of neighbors will have a point for tasting and selling muscat and raisins, all of them made in the municipality of Jesús Pobre. As for the wines, this year a space of diffusion has been given to the cellar of les Freses, to publicize the cultivation of muscat and the elaboration of wines and mistelas of the town. This year as a novelty there will be a tasting of muscat ice cream prepared by Gelart, which will include the direct production of ice cream with the liquid nitrogen technique.

The 2020 Festeros will have bar service where they will make lunch for visitors.

Also the bars and restaurant will offer a special menu of l'escaldà that will include raisins and mistela.

The EATIM today has made a popular appeal to all the neighbors of Jesús Pobre to encourage them to wear the work clothes of the time.

The end of the party will be put by Jesús Pobre Grup de Danses and the Colla de dolçainers i tabaleters de la Xara.
