Gazpacho ice cream and personalized according to your basket, the proposal of the Municipal Market for this summer

The Councilor for Markets, Sandra Gertrudix, together with the previous mayor in charge of the area, Javier Scotto, and representatives of the Dianense Gelart company, have presented today in the Municipal Market of Dénia the new action of the City Council together with Gelart to boost life in the place, as well as the consumption of more natural summer products. In addition, the project will aim to raise funds for the Ludai association

The action will last two months of summer, from the 5 of July to the 23 of August, this Friday being the presentation of the ice cream Mercat de Dénia. Among the proposals, which will take place on Fridays and Saturdays, we can find some as striking as the presentation of the Gazpacho ice cream of Friday 26 of July or the dessert with muscatel grape next to showcooking of chef Bruno Ruiz on Saturday 17 in August.

In addition, it is worth highlighting the action of the 3 Saturday in August, where visitors will be invited to buy their own fruit and vegetables at the market establishments, and Gelart will turn the basket into a unique and personalized ice cream.

Javier Scotto has commented that the intention is to unite the summer product with the talent of Gelart, in this action in which fruit and vegetable stops of the Mercat collaborate. «2 will be intense months that will leave you cold», declares Scotto.

From Gelart, point out the importance of educating in the consumption of ice cream without dyes or additives, as well as incorporate this summer dish into the daily diet.
