Dénia Basquet participated for the third time in recent years and for second in its current location of Amposta after its beginnings in the city of Monzón, in this increasingly important National Tournament. On this occasion two young teams came, one for girls and one for boys.
The Men's Alevín Team DBC 07 took part in the Gold competition that had a very high level facing the teams of Hospitalet, Valencia Basket, UPB Gandía, Getafe and La Salle Mahón.
The team went from less to more in the face of each and every one of the matches against their rivals to close the tournament classified in the fifth final place. A victory that comes after winning another great experience in a year of constant improvement where the group has grown exponentially approaching the best level of its category.
On the other hand, the Alevín Femenino team DBC 07 completed a magnificent performance winning four of their five matches to win the second place of the final classification, behind only CB Nou Esplugues that defeated them by only five points of difference.
An injection of encouragement without a doubt in a course in which these girls have continued to learn to compete by participating in the highest autonomous regional level of the Valencian Community.
