Gent of Dénia convened this Tuesday a concentration in the old train station, current Center d'Art, to denounce the neglect of the central government with the railway infrastructures in the Marina Alta. The formation that leads mario vidal urged citizens to vote blank this Sunday, in the general and regional elections, as a sign of their discomfort at this lack of investment.
As they recalled, 45 years ago that the last train arrived from Valencia under the promise of converting that route into a broadway that only reached Gandia. To that is added that more than 1.000 days Dénia is cut off by train also with Alicante after the suspension of the TRAM line.
The candidate for mayor explained that, "Given that neither the demonstrations, nor anything serves, we must take action and give them where it hurts: denying them our vote. We propose electoral insumission in the general and regional elections".
