Due to "countless mistakes it contains"The group Gent of Dénia-Centre Unificat will propose the suspension of the processing of the PATIVEL, the Territorial Action Plan for the Green Infrastructure of the Coast of the Valencian Community.
The coalition spokesman, Pepa FontIt considers that a municipality like Dénia, writing right now a Structural General Plan should have been consulted when making such an important project that modifies clearly worded. According to Font, "The restrictions stipulated by PATIVEL are incompatible with the guidelines set out in the Structural Plan, and that causes serious discrepancies that will eventually be reflected in contentious".
Meanwhile, his coalition partner, Miguel Llobell, says "The lack of participation when making a plan of this depth was reflected in the meeting that last Tuesday convened the different social agents of our city, when the director of the Natural Park Montgó, indicated that he had not had evidence that this Plan was being carried out nor was he consulted to give his opinion in the affected areas of the natural park ".
That is why, in the full month of January, GDCU propose a motion that the Government should be urged to suspend the processing of PATIVEL and start a round of meetings with the various municipalities concerned to agree on a part document without errors .
