Creama Dénia has completed the qualified level Pesticides course making a positive balance of the collaboration agreement between the private and public sectors. Taught by the company ICSAM Seguridad Alimentaria y Medio Ambiente SL, it has had 9 students who have been workers at CENTELYS, Technical Center for Cleaning and Services, SL
The course has passed over four days, on December 5, 12, 20 and 27, at the Creama-Dénia facilities. With this type of action, the aim is to offer different training to workers so that they can broaden their knowledge in different fields.
Creama-Dénia highlights the importance of collaboration between the public and private sectors to promote training. The entity affirms that with these agreements "it is possible to teach in the Marina Alta training actions that, otherwise, would be more remote territorially".
On this occasion, the course was possible thanks to subsidized training, a means by which employed workers can train with companies affiliated to Fundae (State Foundation for Employment Training) using the training credit that the workers themselves create.
