Cyclist Fede Ivars, of the Vito-Mortesbike team, was the best Master 40 after the sixth and final stage of the Tournament Interclubs del Vinalopó that did not disappoint anyone, denoting hardness with the strong rhythm to which the most advanced platoons circulated.

The formation of the Vito-Mortesbike remained firm in the front positions, keeping the Top Ten with Frederic Ivars 5º and Ángel Lloret 7º of the Final General Classification.

The hard stage started from Ibi on the service road to Alcoy, rolling in some segments exceeding 60km / h. With a trepidante access to the slopes of the "Revolcat" the platoon continued compact in the front part but shelling partially.

Frenzied descent to Benilloba, stretching the peloton in a fast way to reach the foot of the ascent of the Port of Benifallim, a total of 10'5 km with two breakthroughs at the beginning of the rise that would result in the "natural selection".

Decisive was this first long climb for the peloton, which was the one that divided into two large groups to the front platoon with various leaks and a fast pace towards the Port of "la Carrasqueta".

The front part counted with the presence of Fede Ivars, Ángel Lloret and Vicente Martí who endured untiring the speed interposed from Benifallim to the top of the Carrasqueta to incessant rhythm.

David Fajardo gave a few seconds in the ascent to the Port of Benifallim and despite the collaboration of Xexo Garcia and Almela failed to link with the peloton relegating to a third platoon the rest of the stage, which would cost him back ten positions in the general classification final after this last stage.

In the second platoon held the pull Salva Fortea, Fernando Esteban, Lobo and Boscà, about forty units that saved the day five minutes from the head of the race.

Ascent to the rhythm of the Puerto de la Carrasqueta, as was anticipated in advance, and facing the goal of the escape, Eloy Teruel and Aitor Escobar materialized their effort reaching seven seconds of the pursuers, which would be worth to win the Tournament to Escobar.

In the Classification of the hard Queen Stage of the Vinalopó of 75km distance with + 1.500m of accumulated difference. Francesc Boscá was the best in M50, Fede Ivars second in M40, Vicente Martí third in M30, while the formation of Vito-Mortesbike was second

After finishing the Vinalopó Interclubs Tournament the result of the Vito-Mortesbike runners in the Final General Classification left Frederic Ivars as the winner in M40, Ángel Lloret, second in the M30, and the third classified team.
