The sailing section of the Marina Club El Portet de Dénia has closed the season with the participation in the 2019 Club Trophy that has been played on November 16 in Calp under the organization of the Royal Nautical Club of that town.
The ship Kim, led by Yann Lythgoe, was in second place and invested a time of 2h22'14 '' to cover the fifteen and a half miles of the total route.
First was the boat Tamago II of the Real Club Náutico Calpe RCN Calpe, patronized by Juan Carlos Albelda, and completed the podium on the yacht Ithaca, from the same club and led by Manuel Gallego.
The Marina Club El Portet will rest for a few weeks and take strength to start a new season where it aspires to continue competing at a good level.
The club's director, Luis Mira, has congratulated the sailors for an excellent season and encourages them to prove their worth in the coming year.
