Students of the Degree in Law of the Center Associated with the UNED in Dénia attended the Palace of Justice this week as part of the scheduled activities of practical jurisdictional training for the 18-19 course. The indispensable training complement for the procedural subjects.
The head of the Court of 1 Instance Pablo Pedro Abad Ortiz, gave an introductory talk before the start of the trials, as well as a few brushstrokes on each of the judicial processes to which they would attend.
In a morning session they witnessed in the Dénia Juzgados de Instrucción several statements about faults and crimes; threats, injuries, thefts, etc.
This methodological tool is serving so that in the Associated Center of Dénia, the students can, among other issues, learn to correctly identify the procedural terminology.
