Elections 2019: The PP of Dénia wants to end the "government of lies" with a profound renewal in its ranks

02 March 2019 - 14: 30

The door of the Dénia Castle has been the place chosen by the Party de Dénia to announce to the components of the list that make up his candidacy for the municipal elections in May. The candidate, María Mut, has presented to the members that make up a renewed list that leaves behind the current councilors who accompany him to the City Council.

Mut has acknowledged that voters are asking for a renewal, and he has opted for young people and "with great enthusiasm". Leave the list, for personal reasons, Isabel Gallego, while Sabela Miñana and Pepa Sivera they leave the starting positions to occupy the numbers 11 and 12, respectively.

The renewal appears in the number 2, for those who trust José Antonio Cristóbal, an economist, a professor at the UNED and currently pursuing a doctorate. Mut states that "will surprise you" this expert in economics and finance. Number 3 is for the current party secretary, Eva Català, while number 4 goes to Javi Llull. At number 5 it is for María Segarra and number 6 for Juan Manuel Carrió. The top ten are completed by Coque Gavilà, Ludovica Verdam, Andrés Escrivà and Fran Bisquert.

In the same place where, four years ago, Pacte del Castell was signed between PSPV y Compromís, the Popular Party has wanted to claim that Castillo "does not belong to anyone".

And it is that, for Mut, this last legislature with government between "socialists and catalanists" has been the "government of lies", with a pact "which have included" in which "They have dedicated themselves to finishing what we could not because of the crisis".

The PP bets for these municipal elections for a "Active Denia" in which they will promote sport, youth and stable employment, with special emphasis on social welfare and "returning to recover the pride of living in this beautiful city".

The objective they pursue is "that the citizenship be reactivated, make a more open and welcoming Dénia". Mut has claimed that "We will give a binder to the current General Plan" and that will reach all neighborhoods of the city.
