The pupils of sixth grade of the Llebeig de Dénia school participated this week in a social skills workshop organized by the Equality Observatory of the UNED of Dénia.
Through different exercises and teamwork, the students learned respect and tolerance, active listening, empathy, self-esteem, peaceful resolution of conflicts, knowing how to appreciate what we have, non-verbal communication, generosity and taking of decisions.
The Councilor for Social Welfare of the City of Dénia, Cristina Morera; the Legal Responsible of the UNED of Dénia, José Salvador; and the head of the workshop and pedagogue Sandra Baeza, visited the workshop, which had an active participation of children.
