The Creama Employment Workshop visits the urban area and the coast of Benissa

By appointment at the Benissa Tourist Info and at the auxiliary office located in Cala de la Fustera, the students of the Employment Workshop Marina Alta IX de Creama has begun its guided tour of the municipality and its coastal area.

This activity is part of the practices that are being carried out in the specialty of visitor promotion by students in the tourism offices of the municipalities that belong to the consortium.

In order to carry out the visit and at the same time respect the restrictions imposed by the health situation, the group has been divided into two subgroups of five people and one teacher (the specialty has a foreign language teacher and another who imparts the certificate of professionalism). The visits have been carried out synchronously at the same time, one in the urban area of ​​Benissa and the other in La Fustera, alternating later in such a way that everyone has been able to enjoy the two routes led by the 2 students who are doing the practices in the town.

Both the mayor of the municipality, Arturo Poquet, as well as the delegated councilors of Creama Benissa, Isabel Bou, and of Tourism, Jorge Ivars have gone to the Tourist Info located in the municipality to congratulate the students and wish them luck in their new professional career that is It will start soon, since this 12-month workshop ends on December 22.

This training program financed by Labora has two specialties, one related to the sector of care for dependent people in centers and another in the professional area of ​​tourism that has allowed 20 people from the region to have a work contract during one year, combining the performance of the profession with the training in the specialty studied, for which they will obtain the corresponding official qualification.
