El Real Club Nautico Denia has hosted the third round of the Cabo San Antonio Trophy last Saturday 11 in May. Ardora III, boat of the Dianense club, has won this day. The boat of Antonio Gadea made the journey in a time of 1: 48: 11.
The second place was for the boat of the Dianense club Alitan 3, by José María Pineda, with a time of 1: 57: 08. Marara, from the Yacht Club Jávea, achieved the third place. The vessel of Vicente Reig made a time of 2: 01: 44.
The general classification is composed of Marara, of the CNJ, in the first place, Alitan 3, of the RCN Dénia, in the second and Compass, of the CNJ in the third.
The competition began with the north wind as predominant, which decreased in the arrival area, which brought about an approach in the times. The day ended with a meal for all the participants in the restaurant Balandros, in the facilities of the RNCD.
The fourth and final test of this trophy will be held at 8 in June at the Jávea Yacht Club. Jaime Portolés, President of the Dénia Nautical Club, thanked all the boats for their participation and encouraged everyone to come to the next event.
