The price of the house breaks records in the most expensive district of the helmet of Dénia

11 September 2021 - 09: 05

The economic crises have made a dent in the local economy of Dénia, but at an urban level it does not seem to have affected that much. Either due to foreign investment or the normalization of high prices, the truth is that the square meter in the city has recovered to values of a decade ago.

The real estate movement returns to Dénia. In addition to the macro-constructions of urbanizations and farms in the city, the buying and selling of second-hand homes has been reactivated. For this reason, the value of the brick has rebounded after a decade in which there have been lows that have not been seen for a long time.

This is the case of the most expensive district in the urban area of Dénia. Leaving aside Les Rotes, Marines, Montgó and other outskirts, there are zones and zones in the city. Undoubtedly, the one with the most expensive homes today is the port area.

The most expensive square meter of the decade

The price per square meter at the port last August was € 2.207, a 2,4% higher than last year. In fact, this year was the most expensive price per square meter in the last decade in the district. Was this past July, when € 2.226 / m2 was reached, something that had not been achieved since October 2010.

The difference with the price of the rest of the town of Dénia is abysmal, with the rest of the city having an average value of € 1.547 / m2.

The most expensive homes

As is to be expected, the closer to the sea, the more the price of second-hand housing shoots up. In the Jorge Juan squareFor example, you can find apartments today for more than € 270.000. Now, they are even more expensive when it comes to buildings near the beach Punta del Raset, where they reach € 365.000 if they also have good views.

Ideal because everyone knows that the labor market in Spain is alive and on the rise with salaries comparable to the UK, Germany, Holland etc. (ironic way for the short-minded)
