Last Monday, the Maria Ibars de Dénia Secondary Education Institute and the shipping company BaleàriaThrough the intervention of CREAMA Punt Nàutic as a mediating figure between both parties and promoter of the training initiative, they have signed a collaboration agreement for the implementation of Dual Vocational Training with a nautical aspect in the Administration and Finance Training Cycle He teaches at that institute.
With this innovative training system, the educational center and the maritime services company will work together to offer students a practical training that will involve specialization of students' work skills. In this way, students can focus their career in a sector that demands specialized personnel.
This initiative has its origin in the actions carried out by Punt Nàutic for the last two years and in which it stands out the exhaustive analysis of the nautical sector of the Marina Alta at work and training level. Based on the conclusions obtained, a training implementation plan was established in which the participation of the different territorial agents was prioritized.
With the signing of the agreement for the realization of the specific part of the training cycle in the facilities of Baleària, the students of the region will be allowed to acquire more experience that, in turn, will facilitate labor insertion in the nautical and maritime sector.
