The Crecer Innovando Creama Forum gave, yesterday afternoon, the starting gun with the session How to get customers in the era of ecommerce. In it, the more than 60 participants were able to learn from the hand of Andrés de España, CEO of 3dids.com, what are the items that have to be worked on to attract customers in the online world. From Spain he emphasized the importance of listening to the customer to understand him and reach him not from the company side but from the benefit that our product or service represents for this customer.
The Forum was opened by the CEO of Ivace, Julia Company, who praised the theme chosen for the realization of this digital event, arguing that digitization is here to stay and that it is important to provide companies and SMEs with the necessary tools to adapt to this new situation. For its part, the councilor for economic development of the City Council of Xàbia, Marta Bañuls, showed her satisfaction with the great reception of the forum and highlighted the role that they are playing in Xàbia since 2016 to bet on digitization in companies through its technological ADL and the Beachworking program. Rosario Donderis, manager of Creama, was also pleased with the response the forum had received and highlighted the importance of the cooperation of the business fabric of the region to move forward and quickly address the digitization of the productive sector. Finally, Joaquín Alcazar, director of CEEI Elche welcomed the attendees and highlighted the value of being on the internet to achieve business objectives.
After a brief presentation, Andrés from Spain answered the questions that were being asked by both the forum moderator and the participants in it, with the aim of solving their doubts and shedding light on various topics such as which were the best platforms for promotion of companies depending on the sector, the importance of generating trust in the customer or the changes that the new situation caused by Covid19 has generated in the purchasing habits of the population.
After this first meeting, next Wednesday, June 10, the second of the four sessions that make up this XNUMXst Grow Innovating Forum will take place.
