The purpose of the Dr. Ricardo Navarro Ribero room is to keep alive the memory of the one who was Medical Director of the hospital for more than 20 years
Today took place in the hospital HLA San Carlos the inauguration of the new medical committee room Dr. Ricardo Navarro, in honor of the former Medical Director of the hospital, who passed away in 2018. This event has brought together professional colleagues of Dr. Navarro, as well as the presence of family members and Dr. Iranzo and Gerson Morales, Medical Director and Hospital Manager respectively.
Dr. Ricardo Navarro Ribero graduated in medicine in 1983. He began working at the Vistahermosa Clinic in Alicante in the specialty of family medicine or general medicine. After a few years he moved to work in Dénia, to the Policlinico San Carlos, today San Carlos Hospital. Over time it became Medical director of said hospital, position held for more than 20 years.
This new medical committee room, in which Dr. Ricardo Navarro's professional colleagues will meet, aims to preserve the memory of his former professional colleague.
Gerson Morales, the Hospital Manager, wanted to thank Susana Ivorra, widow of Dr. Ricardo, for their presence. "What better than giving the room the name of Dr. Ricardo Navarro Ribero, so that all the doctors and colleagues remember him and, the new ones, know his story" Morales stressed.
This initiative has been promoted by Dr. Francisco Ivorra, president of the HLA Group, to value the figure of Dr. Ricardo Navarro Ribero, who marked his colleagues and patients so much.
