The next 9 on May, Thursday, at 16: 30 on Hospital de Dénia will host the screening of the documentary "Consulta 32" by the film director, Ruth Somalo.
The work is based on the experience of Dr. Vicente Palop in the treatment of patients with fibromyalgia, an unknown pathology and even insulted by scientific societies but, as Palop says: "Fibromyalgia is not a matter of beliefs but of knowledge".
Consulta 32 it was the nº of the consultation of Dr. Palop in the Alzira Hospital. Now, the doctor, of reputed prestige throughout the country, passes consultation at the Hospital de Dénia.
The screening of the documentary will be preceded by an introduction by the specialist and, after the screening, a debate / discussion will be opened.
The initiative is aimed at patients but, above all, professionals. The objective is to quickly recognize the symptomatology in order to correctly derive the patient and thus avoid unnecessary circuits.
