The Dianense ice-cream maker Álvaro Verdú participates in the Spanish ice-cream parlor championship

The ice cream master of Ice cream shops Verdú y Gelart Desserts Álvaro Verdú will present his particular this weekend Garden of the senses in the third Spanish ice cream championship, which will be held this weekend in Intersicop, International Bakery, Pastry, Ice Cream and Coffee Show organized by the National association of artisan ice-cream makers in Feria de Madrid.

With the theme chosen by the artisan ice-cream maker of Dénia, we will try to give the senses a mixture of colors, aromas and textures that are achieved by entering the thickness of a garden. Depending on the time of year, the vegetation of this piece of art can vary its hue and forms. All this will be reflected in the work of Álvaro Verdú, where the leaves, branches and flowers will form the basis of the theme chosen to give the senses unique sensations that only live in an idyllic setting such as a garden.

In the competition, which will be held from 23 to 25 in February and is organized by the National association of artisan ice-cream makers (ANHCEA), the twelve aspiring Spanish ice cream champion will face different tests: ice cream bucket, frozen cake and ice cold glass, as well as a brief interview with the jury about the formulation, elaboration and techniques used in their ice creams and final buffet, which will consist of the presentation of all the work done, but in facsimile.
