The project of this house is born from the desire of its owners to be in full contact with nature.
A dialogue between housing and nature is sought through a simple and thoughtful architecture, of natural materials, creating very intimate spaces, but at the same time open to the natural landscape.
This house covers you, natural light is the real protagonist, putting in value its materials and the different spaces of the house.
For the design of this house, they are inspired by a traditional architecture, maintaining a large porch to enjoy the outdoors, as well as an interior fireplace to enjoy next to it, creating a visually continuous space.
Efficiency and sustainability at Casa Benimaquia
With this project, an aspect of traditional and rural housing is sought as well as current, proposing a house efficient and sustainable, following a bioclimatic strategy in the complete design of the project, with the use of natural elements from the environment, traditional materials from the area, with a structure mainly made of wood and sustainable construction materials.
