El CFS Dianense and the Municipal School Futsal Dénia participated last December 29 in a Solidarity Tournament in favor of Juegaterapia to raise funds against childhood cancer.
The dianenses were invited by Futsal Olleria in the categories benjamín, alevín, infantil and juvenil. Near 60 children with parents and mothers, accompanied by the club's coaches, moved to the Valencian town of L'Ollería to collaborate and contribute their bit.
The first game faced the locals against a combined Benjamín formed by players of the two benjamin teams of the School. It was an exciting, beautiful and very sporting game that ended 4-4. In the penalty shootout, the victory was for the dianenses.
In the juvenile category, l'Olleria and Alevín "B" of the Municipal School clashed, with victory for the dianenses by 4-9.
In children, the victory fell on the local side by 8-3 before the child federated Dianense.
To end the morning of games, the youth of both clubs faced each other. The dianenses, with many casualties and reinforced with cadets, fell defeated by the minimal 3-2.
At the end of the matches, the drawing of the solidarity raffle was held and a commemorative shirt of the tournament was presented to the president of the CFS Dianense.
