The CDT offers a course on Stews Mariners

The next 28 and September 29 (Tuesday and Wednesday), the CDT Denia offers a course for heads of kitchen, waiters and waitresses, and professionals in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Seafood stews of the Marina Alta is the name of the course, which will be taught by Pepita Salort Cabot, Manager and head chef of restaurant Fernando (Las Marinas) and will offer a representative sample of stews and seafood dishes from our coast.
