The State Labor Inspection and Social Security Agency will oblige the City of Dénia to prepare the municipal vehicle depot of Partida Madrigueres, with the necessary emergency signage and complying with the regulations on occupational safety with its employees.
This is the resolution of a complaint filed by the Professional Union of Municipal Police of Spain in Dénia (SPPME-DENIA) in October last year following the protests of the agent assigned to the security of the site. In it, it was required that the "improvised" facility be conditioned by complying with the safety regulations, with the appropriate signs and conditioning the facilities for the use of employees.
Inspection of Work and Social Security gives a term to the City of 2 months to correct all the deficiencies that have been exposed.
