And point, Kusama is a colorful intervention that combines wall art, storytelling and play. It is inspired by the life and work of the contemporary Japanese artist, Yayoi Kusama.
The intervention, which aims to dramatize the medical environment and offer moments of relaxation and distraction, using art as a powerful therapeutic tool, has been possible thanks to the collaboration of health professionals with La Onomatopeya del Silencio.
The Managing Director of the Dénia Health Department -DSD-, Luis Carretero, accompanied by the Assistance Director, Juan Cardona; the Director of Care, Alfredo Moreno; the Director of Human Resources, Communication and CSR, Corpus Gómez; the Director and the Coordinator of Primary Care, Antonio Barceló and Natalia Casado, respectively; those responsible for the basic area of Dénia, Pablo Parrondo and Xaro Cabrerea; the Director of the Art Project, cuidArt, Alicia Ventura and the artist from the Marina Alta, Inma Mengual, have visited this week the mural intervention in the Pediatric area in the Integrated Health Center I, CSI I, in Dénia, in La Pedrera.
