Since the declaration of the state of alarm, the Consortium's Insertion area, despite having been forced to suspend face-to-face attention in response to orders issued by the government due to the unusual situation produced by Covid - 19, has continued to serve normally by the alternative channels established by Creama to facilitate access to services in the area for citizens.
