Everything was ready and arranged by the staff of the Department of Sports, which runs Vicent Crespo, so that this Sunday, at 12 noon, the Municipal Sports Schools of Dénia will be presented. The adverse weather forecasts foreseen for this day, forces the postponement of the act. The new date chosen is November 18.
The act will be carried out, as in previous editions, at the facilities of the municipal sports center. The students of each of the 16 schools will remain on the track of the pediment and then parade before the rostrum of the athletics track.
Once they have paraded all these schools will take place the parliaments of welcome to all their students in charge of the councilman of Sport, Vicent Crespo.
Wide offer to practice sport
The offer that gives the City of Dénia so that the young people of the city do sports is maximum, until 16 sports modalities can be realized. Normally, the school that attracts the most students is football, followed by basketball.
But in addition to these sports there are also schools of; Adapted Sports, Psychomotricity, Athletics, Skating, Triathlon, Handball, Water Sports, Golf, Futsal, Riding, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Volleyball, Rugby and Valencian Pilota.
The presentation is expected to bring together a large number of family and friends of the children, so the party atmosphere in the municipal sports center will be remarkable.
