The dianenses kayak club managed, past 23 in June, two golds, one silver and two bronzes in the 2ª regional test of the XVII Sea Kayak League and the VII Liga Jóvenes Promesas, both contested in the Club Nautico Campello.
The test, in which they played a total of 12 paddlers, was decisive for Maik Dimitrov, who won first place in the youth category k1 surfski, with a distance of 15.000 meters.
For its part, Paulino Llobell got the gold in the veteran category k1 surfski, with a route also of 15.000 meters. Niki Radoslavov and Noe Blanchard won the silver medal in the k2 surfski cadet category, in their 10.000 meters.
Toni Gil was third in the k1 surfski cadet category, with a distance of 10.000 meters. And Cesar Bordehore, bronze medalist in the veteran category C surfski with a total distance of 15.000 meters.
The day was marked by a suffered heat and slight wind, although from the second exit the wind began to intensify, increasing the discomfort of the paddlers.
Jaime Portolés, President of Real Club Nautico Denia, has congratulated the paddlers for the five medals obtained in this regional test and for the effort made by the entire team during the season.
