The Civil Guard has arrested in the region of La Marina Alta two minors, both 17 years old, as alleged perpetrators of a crime of robbery with violence and intimidation, in an inhabited house in Gata de Gorgos, and a crime of damage. Both have entered two rehabilitation centers in the Valencian Community.
Last October 18, there was a crime of robbery with violence and intimidation in a house in the town of Gata de Gorgos (Alicante). According to the victim's testimony, two men, who appeared to be minors, entered his home and threatened and intimidated him by pointing a short weapon at him.
After a hard struggle with the aggressors, while they tried to manipulate him with bridles, they managed to subtract 200 euros. The flight was undertaken by the terrace of the building, skipping with skill over the roofs of the adjoining houses, until they used the roof of a vehicle to easily reach the ground.
Agents of the Civil Police Judicial Police Team of Xàbia, took charge of this investigation, which had few details for its clarification.
But once the victim's testimony was analyzed again and the first steps were taken, they managed to find out the identity of the two involved, turning out to be two children under 17 years of age, as the victim had intuited at first.
The Civil Guard also managed to delimit the specific area where they got rid of the weapon used in the robbery, thanks to different testimonies obtained during the investigation. After several beats in the area, they found the replica of a Colt 25 pistol.
Finally, the two minors were arrested in two locations in the region of La Marina Alta, as alleged perpetrators of a crime of robbery with violence and intimidation, using a simulated weapon, and a crime of damage to the roof of the vehicle they jumped from the roof.
After making available to the Juvenile Court No. 2 of Alicante, the entry of both into two reeducational centers of the Valencian Community has been decreed.
