The approval was carried out on Tuesday morning after meeting in Alacant the Councilor for Town Planning, Maria Josep Ripoll, with the general director of Urbanisme, Vicente García Nebot.
Thus culminated eight years of work by the council led by Ripoll, which carried out the PGE alone, in the face of rejection by the entire opposition that disagreed with the final document. However, the absolute majority of PSPV It allowed them to depend solely on their votes.
In the next few days the PGE will enter into force. A plan that is not without controversy, as it has undergone endless modifications and has made concessions that various parties have even considered illegal. The most notorious is undoubtedly that of exempting the Ministry's patrimonial responsibility, the City Council being the only one that will have to financially assume any complaint that may be made as a result of this PGE.

What worries me the most is seeing how new developments are built without creating parks, large and spacious parks, not four little trees and a small space for children's swings. Here in Denia we are forgetting to create free spaces and all the land is developable and who buys are mostly? Foreigners to speculate.
