The Ajuntament de Dénia, with the collaboration of Creama Dénia, offers, starting in January of 2019, free workshops to learn how to develop through the electronic Administration.
To complete the course, it is necessary to go with the digital certificate and, in this way, be able to practice the different procedures with it. In Dénia, there are several points of issuance of digital certificate: the PROP Office with headquarters in the Ajuntament de Dénia, Creama Dénia, the General Treasury of the Social Security and SUMA Dénia.
The content of the workshop focuses on two sections. On the one hand, the digital certificate is addressed, what it is, where it is obtained, how it is installed in the browser and other related issues. A second part deals with teaching the participants to use the digital certificate, performing the most common procedures with electronic administration, such as requesting the IRPF draft to the Tax Agency, working life to the Social Security, see the points of the card to drive in the DGT or process the application for a certificate of registration to the town hall.
The workshops will be given according to demand. The first workshops are scheduled for 18 and 25 days in January, during 9: 30 to 12: 30 hours.
