From September 15 to 28 (both inclusive) the period for submitting applications for municipal aid for the schooling of boys and girls from 0 to 3 years will be open in nursery schools authorized by the educational administration to Dénia, la Xara and Jesús Poor.
This year, the total amount budgeted has been increased from 50.000 to 70.000 euros, an increase that will allow each beneficiary to receive a single payment of 260 euros, 100 euros more than in 2020.
Applications will be submitted electronically, also through the Electronic Office. To register in person, it is necessary to make an appointment at the Citizens' Service Office (by calling 96 646 70 34 or through the Electronic Office).
The objective of these grants is to promote the reconciliation of work and family life. "Taking into account the months of pandemic and the general crisis that has resulted, this year this aid had to be increased and contribute to the recovery of family economies", highlighted the Councilor for Social Welfare, Melani Ivars. In addition to promoting, he added, "such an important educational stage for our little ones."
