The Ministry of Health has published the new coronavirus data based on the PCR tests carried out since last Tuesday, June 8. In this new update, there is still stability in the impact of the pandemic in the area.
In the Dénia health department, on which the entire Marina Alta depends, 8 new cases have been added (only 2 more than on Tuesday). In total there are already 10.151, of which 40 remain active. The accumulated incidence of the region falls to 23,44 infections per 100.000 inhabitants and, therefore, the Marina Alta returns to the situation of new normality.
In the case of Dénia, not only have no new infections been added, but, due to a relocation, 2 cases have been subtracted from a total that remains in 3.158. Of these, only 3 remain active, so the incidence reaches 7 infections, its lowest figure in recent months. In this way, the regional capital continues in a new normality and far from the contagion risk figures.
