On Tuesday night, the Michelin Gala took place, in which the restaurants in Spain and Portugal that have been awarded the coveted Michelin Stars are revealed. On this occasion, the ceremony was held at the El Greco Conference Center in Toledo.
Once again, the Michelin Gala has arrived accompanied by great joy for Dénia. As it has been revealed, two restaurants in Dénia once again have this 2023 the recognition of the prestigious gastronomic guide. These are the Restaurant Quique Dacosta and the Peix & Brases restaurant. Both establishments managed to repeat their successes from the previous year: three stars for Quique Dacosta and one for Peix & Brases.
On this occasion, unlike last year with the recognition of Peix & Brases, there is no news in terms of stars in Dénia. However, the capital of the Marina Alta It can still boast of having four stars among its gastronomic offer.
