This Saturday, Dénia has once again enjoyed the celebration of Mig Any of Moors and Christians, the event that marks the equator until the arrival of the big week of the party in August. With a varied programmeThe event has brought together festival-goers and locals to enjoy the events organised by the Federation of Moors and Christians of Dénia.
The events began at midday with the Gala Presentation of Positions in the Auditorium of the Social Centre, where tribute was paid to the representative figures of the filaes and this year's captains and standard-bearers were announced. Later, tradition and festive music took to the streets with the "Entraeta festera", a parade that went along Marqués de Campo, Calle Diana and La Vía, ending at the Toy Museum.
The day continued with the reception of captains in Baleària, where the celebration continued with a bar and a party until the evening.
