Of the main objectives of this action, the councilor Josep Crespo emphasizes that it contributes to train farmers, as well as people interested in local agri-food products, to achieve sufficient skill to work their crops and products with the techniques of organic farming, improving biodiversity and environmental stability, as well as fertility of the soil, in order to produce food of maximum quality. In addition, this training aims to provide them with the knowledge and experience necessary to organize and manage their agri-food company, with their own, viable and future project.
