Last night we met the winner of the XXXI Poster Contest Fallas, Dénia 2011. The jury consisted of Laura and Paula Mena Bertomeu, Falleras Over Denia; Jean Pierre Sánchez, President of the Local Board Fallera, Pepa Sivera, Councilor for Fiestas, Juan Sancho, Councilor for culture, and Fine Arts graduates Susana García, Andrés Mompó Català Pilate and Eve. The secretary was Maribel Font, technique Culture Department.
After the deliberation, they concluded that the prize should be for the work "Dénia 7 and 7", by Oliveco Paco Ibiza, a work that shows the silhouette of the bust of a fallera illustrated with reference falleros that will illustrate the Josef festival next year.
The poster is very successful, very attractive and very colorful .. This author has already won this competition a few years ago, and also in other localities like Oliva or Alzira.
I think a sign is composed of falleros elements chosen with great taste, with very bright colors and really does not go unnoticed, on the other hand, it is the target of a poster. Very good choice
