Four Dénia Basketball teams start the Pre-Season Ascent Phase

The Phases of Pre-Season Ascent (FAP) provided in the competition bases of the Basketball Federation of the Valencian Community in order to give a place at a higher level to teams with registration rights in smaller caliber categories, give I start this weekend with the participation of four teams from Dénia Básquet Club.

It is an express competition as it will conclude on Wednesday, September 11, so that the teams that will compose each of the levels are known and the competition calendars of the course can be made.

The four Dianenses representatives will dispute the initial day at the Joan Fuster Pavilion this Saturday, with the following schedule: 10: 30 Hours, Alevín Dénia against NB Torrent, at 12: 30 the Infantile Men Dénia against EEMM Pedreguer, at 17: 00 the female cadet Dénia against Jorge Juan Novelda and at 19 hours the junior junior Dénia against Almassera.

The Alevín Masculino team, which Rubén Velazquez and Carlos Vila are leading this season, will try to get one of the two places of ascent to the maximum Autonomous Level put into play by the Federation. Although they probably end up being three in a league in a single lap that will face them, in addition to those of Torrent, Escolapias de Valencia, the Valencia Basquet Foundation, which is the clear favorite, and the Alginet Valencian team.

For its part, the first-year Male Children's team will fight, under the orders of Bernardo Sanz, to gain a place in the third competitive stage in the year in which Level Four was first created, where they have the right to start inscription. There are three promotion places put into play for the eight participating teams. Two initial groups of four teams have been created. The first classified of each one of them will ascend directly playing the second one to the third place.

The girls of the second year Female Cadet will try to compete one more year among the twelve best teams in the Valencian Community. At the orders of Ferrán García again, they will fight to get one of the two squares in dispute to which eight clubs aspire to this course. The teams will be divided into two groups playing an initial league with only one lap. Then they will cross first against second classifieds of the group opposed to the single party to decide the teams that will get the promotion.

Finally, Dénia Basquet Junior Men, also under Ferrán García, will play a team of four teams in a single lap with the aim of getting the only place available to the contestants to compete at the maximum regional level of the category. UPB Gandía, Puerto de Sagunto, Almassera and the Dianenses will put all the meat on the grill to win a prestigious place among the best players in the Valencian Community.
