VOX, according to the electoral poll prepared for Dénia.com, is the political formation that generates the most rejection among the Dianense population (57 out of 100 citizens say so), followed at a great distance by Podemos (4 out of 10 respondents would avoid choosing it as political option). The rest of the parties obtain much more residual indices: 11,3% on PP, 8,6% the PSPV-PSOE, each 5,9% Compromís and Citizens and 5,3% Municipal Agreement. Finally, Gent of Dénia It is positioned as the party that produces the least aversion (only 1,4%).
Obviously, no respondent who votes for a party feels rejection by it. All the followers of leftist formations, together with Gent de Dénia, show their antipathy to VOX (more than 80% of the voters of Compromís, Gent de Dénia, Podemos and Acord Municipal; and more than 70% of the socialists). In addition, Compromís does not hide its high animosity towards the PP (29,5% of its voters would not support them under any circumstances), while they receive the rejection of 36,3% of the defenders of the group led by Susana Mut.
On the contrary, the ideological spectrum more oriented to the right opposes Podemos (in the case of the PP, 80% of its supporters, Gent de Dénia 66,7% and VOX 82,2%). To which it is necessary to rescue that 1 in 4 suffragettes of Gent de Dénia would not deposit a Municipal Acord ballot in the ballot box either.
The undecided and those who have stated that they will not go to vote especially censure VOX and Podemos.
If we focus on the sex of the interviewees, we see that men confess to having more resentment than women towards Compromís and Acord Muncipal. For its part, age does not show statistically significant variations in the results.
As for nationalities, the Spanish unite their criticism of VOX; and with regard to the employment situation, we can conclude that businessmen or self-employed people charge against Podemos and Acord Municipal, while the unemployed also show high levels of disagreement with the local left-wing coalition.
Methodology
- Universe of study: Residents of Dénia with the right to vote in the local elections of May 2023: 31.022 people (Source: CER, CERE and CERA. Electoral Census Office, INE May 2023).
- Confidence interval: 95,5%.
- Sampling: Personnel at a strategic point, random in the selection of the respondent and with control of quotas by age, sex and nationality.
- Field work: From May 8 to 16, 2023.
- Sample: 300 surveys.
- Maximum error of estimation for proportions:±5,75%
The truth is that only Municipal Agreement is the most reliable.
They are Republicans and they tend to look more for the poor.
So vote for them!
