Matria Association of Dones has organized a conference on Thursday on trafficking in women and voodoo.
Under the title "Trafficking in women and voodoo"Will be the Ghanaian Dr. Tom Marfo, rapporteur for the Ministry of Immigration of the Netherlands and executive director of the NGO CARF, in charge of discussing the general situation of trafficking and human trafficking from Africa to Europe, voodoo rituals that victims, or the causes and effects caused by this practice are practiced.
Dr. Marfo, a native of Ghana who lives in the Netherlands, is an expert on the role that voodoo plays in traffic and trafficking from Africa to Europe, especially women and girls for sexual exploitation.
The appointment is at 19 hours in the Casa de Cultura de Dénia.
