La Facing the association Edging welcomes the summer period with its annual project "Enjoying Summer 2022". A great display of activities through which to give continuity to those carried out during the rest of the year, but adapted to the summer season.
Adapted sports activities, crafts, bathing on the beach or hiking will be some of the plans that the Dianense group has prepared for the months of July and August. They already have all the places covered and will continue to have workers with different abilities to develop the project.
Schedule and location of activities
The activities will take place at the IES Maria Ibars facilities from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:30, divided into different groups based on their profiles.
In the afternoons, two days a week, the association will carry out adapted baths in the Punta del Raset for people who move in a wheelchair. While, on weekends, breaks will be held in the house available to the association in the town of Dénia.
More than 50 people with different abilities and ages will participate in the project, all of them users of the association. Different entities collaborate in this project, such as the Denia City Council, the Marqués de Dos Aguas Foundation and various private collaborators.
