For more than twelve years, users of Tapis de Dénia (Workshop on Pre-Work Adaptation and Social Insertion) have enjoyed the Tapis Workshops project that Condemned to the Curbstone puts into practice annually. These workshops have the fundamental objective of strengthening personal resources and getting their users to establish gratifying interpersonal relationships.
This course the workshops that will be offered are the following:
- Group Dynamics Workshop.
It is the first activity that started the Association in Dénia in the year 2007. Directed by Jaime Higueras, it aims to foster social relations between volunteering and Tapis users and raise awareness about the realities of the functional diversity group. It takes place at the IES Maria Ibars, thanks to the collaboration of volunteers from the center.
- Physical Conditioning Workshop.
It began in the year 2013 and is carried out in the sports center of Dénia, directed by Alona Andriyevska, with the aim of improving the health and quality of life of all its participants through the practice of physical and sports activity.
- Chikung Workshop (CFQ).
Directed by Marie-France for eight years. The CFQ is composed of a series of 7 movements that conclude with a series of affirmations and breaths, whose objective is to learn to feel, to relax and to know oneself.
- Origami workshop.
It has been taught for eight years in the facilities of Tapis de Dénia. Raúl Ayala is in charge of directing the workshop. Origami is a set of techniques that allows you to make figures on paper by folding it, without making cuts or using glue, encouraging imagination, manual dexterity, the development of patience and perseverance, and allows to promote visual and mental concentration
The workshops are a reality thanks to the collaboration of the Department of Social Affairs of the City of Dénia, some individuals and volunteering.
