The 2019 Judicial Practice Conference of UNED students concludes

The Days of Judicial Practice have been developed in the Palace of Justice of Dénia. Mr. Pablo Pedro Abad Ortiz, Magistrate of the Court of Instruction no. 1 de Dénia, made at the beginning of the statements a paper on the essential notes of the minor trials after the reform of the Organic Law 1 / 2015.

Mª del Carmen Ramis Alario, Magistrate Judge of the Court of First Instance num. 1., Introduced the processes on the capacity of people, marriages, filiation and hereditary division. Directed to students of Degrees in Law, Legal Sciences and Criminology of the Center Associated to the UNED of Dénia as a curricular complement in their training.

The novel academic experience proposed by the Associated Center of the UNED of Denia is therefore to reproduce some of the procedural issues in the workshop mode, with the collaboration of magistrates and specialized teaching staff. After the sessions, they introduced the students to the criminal and civil procedural dynamics, witnessing different views in the Chamber.

The last day, participated D. Antonio Vicente Cots Díaz Magistrate of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community and Professor UNED Denia, along with Antonio Estarca Catalá, Professor UNED Denia. A practical day was developed in the Associated Center, carrying out different searches of jurisprudence in the legal university degrees, as well as access to European Union Law EURO-LEX.

It is intended with these conferences to help students to become familiar in a professional field of their university studies and provide them with legal competences.
