The statement from the Association of Sellers and Vendors of the Mercat de Dénia indicates that "without questioning the legitimacy of these manifestations of disagreement with the municipal management of the Mercat, from the association we want to state that they can only be awarded to specific people, not to the market as an entity, that their claims are those of particular cases that have decided to open the litigation with the City of Dénia to try to extend their concessions of 10 years, signed by contract, without prior bidding process ".
From the association, "the dialogue with the city council is constant and from the collaboration they are working on the progressive regularization of the situation of the stalls, for which it will be studied case by case".
The Association invites "the members of the aforementioned platform to join the Association of Sellers and Sellers of the Mercat de Dénia in order to work together for the future of the market."
