Rafa Carrió is already, officially, the candidate for mayor of Compromís in Dénia. This was ratified unanimously by the general assembly held on Thursday night. The one of Carrió has been the only candidacy presented and has counted from the beginning with all the support of the companions of the group.
The candidate thanked the support of the militants and sympathizer, the councilmen and residents of Dénia, both now and in the last elections and declared that "These four years we have done an exercise of responsibility before the citizens and we have been the stability of the government".
The local secretary, Vicent Català, affirmed that Carrió "He is a hardworking, charismatic, dialogic and positive person, and perfectly embodies the values of Compromís".
Compromís opens its electoral process from now on with the launching of the campaign sector, to share future proposals for the preparation of the electoral program "which necessarily passes through a sharing of knowledge, professional background, experiences and diverse sensitivities"as explained by the local secretary, Vicent Català.
Also during the next few weeks, the "Breakfast with Rafa Carrió" initiative will begin to work, with which the candidate will meet with different groups, entities and local groups to exchange views.
